The MTN FA Cup finals between Ashantigold and Accra Hearts of Oak which was rumored to be played at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium, will be officially played at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday 8th August 2021 at 17:00GMT according an official communique by the management of the competition.
Obuasi based club, Ashantigold SC who qualified to the final after trampling on Berekum Chelsea will be looking forward to continue their free goal scoring form as they battle it out with Accra Hearts of Oak to clinch the trophy to appease their fans.
Accra Hearts of Oak who are 10-time champions of the tournament are looking forward in winning the double this season after winning the 2020-2021 Ghana Premier league title. They qualified to the final after showing Medeama SC their standard by scoring them 3-0.
